Trade Rumors

With the Cubs and Pirates

With the Yankees interested in upgrading their bullpen if the price is right, the Cubs, who have relievers to deal, had Randy Bush, an assistant to GM Jim Hendry, at Yankee Stadium last night.

Pittsburgh could make lefty John Grabow available and will move Roberto Hernandez although the Yankees are divided on how much the veteran right-hander could help. Lefty Domaso Marte and right-handers Salomon Torres and also could be shopped.

As you know, I'm reporting on as much trade rumors as possible.
