There's nothing worse than having to listen to Rex Hudler call a game. I've met him up in the booth and he's a great guy who just loves Steinbrenner, but it's hard listening to him call a game. His crack analysis last night was that when you get good pitching, defense and hitting you win ball games.

UPDATE

Yanks lose the game 3-2. Once again the Yanks couldn't buy themselves a clutch hit. They had the bases loaded in the sixth with two outs and Matsui flied weakly to the outfield to end the only serious threat they had in the game. Randy Johnson pitched a complete game, striking out eight. He looks much better so far this year-he won't be throwing 98 mph, but with his slider he doesn't have to.
