Al Leiter back in the minors

The 40-year-old left-hander agreed to a Minor League contract with the Yankees on Friday, accepting an invitation to Spring Training with the organization that originally drafted him back in 1984.

I had mixed feelings on Leiter last year. After his first incredible start against Boston, he was very iffy from that point on, but showed that he had some value coming out of the bullpen. What the heck-let's keep him on. He could be used as an emergency starter as well. What are your thoughts?
