J. Brent Cox-is he the new Yankee Phenom?

I always hear about the lack of depth in the Yankee farm system. Wang and Cano were no-bodies until they proved how valuable they now are to the future of this team. The Yanks have spent some hard cash to bolster the pen this year and I like the make up of it so far. However, nobody has been talking about J. Brent Cox. He took over for the A's great rookie closer Houston Street in Texas and won NCBWA Stopper of the Year award.
He posted:

7-2 on the season with a 1.69 ERA in 64.0 innings. He has 71 strikeouts against 16 walks in 34 appearances this season. He is holding opponents to a .205 batting average and has combined for five shutouts this season.

He's young (turns 22 in May) and went 1-2 with a 2.60 ERA in 16 games with Class A Tampa. I've read where he is very similar to Street in his approach and if that's the case the Yanks have a real find on their hands.
