I think sending Proctor down to Columbus is a good move becks he does have good stuff, but can't seem to put it together. Anyone that throws 96mph has the chance to make it in the bigs. Time will tell, but since Cashman has retooled the bullpen-the Yanks have the luxury of developing him now.
