We can't have anymore of these first inning melt downs and Wang isn't about to have one. This kid is a rock. Harold Reynolds on Baseball Tonight kept telling the audience that Sheffield was going to return to the outfield and it looks like he's right.
I saw an interesting stat today as they compared A-Rod and Ortiz for the MVP. A-Rod had 20 game winning hits and David had 19. Ortiz has the habit of hitting walk-off hr's. He is the best hitter out there right now though and the front runner for the MVP. I think A-Rod would trade in the trophy to make make the play-offs.
