Aaron Small tries to make it 9-0 on the season as he goes up against John Maine. The Yanks are playing their asses off right now and it's coming at a time when the Red Sox are really struggling. Johnny Damon can't catch a pop up lately and Renteria booted his 29th error of the season yesterday. If Schilling gets hammered again and Boston has to dig deep into the pen the Yanks will be in a strong position to overtake them. That is dependent on Mr. Small doing what he's done all year for us.
