Update on Gordon's Injury

"I think if it was something major, I would be able to tell something," Gordon said. "I'm not worried. I don't feel as good as I'd like to feel, but I don't think it's something major."


We can only hope it isn't serious. I doubt he'll be able to pitch the rest of the series. Fortunately the All Star break is coming up so that will give him some extra time to heal up.

How do the Yanks make up for his loss this weekend? We have to hope Sturtze can slide into that role. Proctor and Anderson will be forced to throw strikes the rest of the series. There is no time left to coddle these guys.
Proctor has the arm to be a plus, but he can't seem to put it together. You can be sure Cahman's cell phone is fully charged.
