I've been doing some looking into ESPN's "Insider" lately. As you know all their Base Ball rumors have been turned into pay-per-view. I quickly found that the Yanks-Pavano-Seattle rumor was easily found by looking in the Seattle Times on-line. Yet they manage to make it seem like it's a breaking news story by ESPN only, and have the nerve to make you pay to read about it.
I'm going to keep monitoring this and see how many rumors they are taking credit for. This is just plain wrong. I love ESPN's website but do they really need to charge us for free information and give the impression they are leading the way on the story?
