Chien-Ming Wang makes his second start of the season. To depend on him to end yet another losing streak shows how far into the depths we have sunk.

Before the season started and we knew that Jeter, Sheffield, and especially A-Rod would be having monster starts plus the addition of Randy Johnson and Cal Pavano to the season, who would have predicted this kind of record.
