I was just watching a portion of the Red Sox press conference from this morning on my tivo and the two co-GM's and Larry were visibly shaken up. That's always a good thing. Do you think they smashed a few chairs in the clubhouse? Larry responded to a question that Johnny's deal wasn't official yet. That was a weird response, especially after Damon was quoted as being thrilled to wear pinstripes. They never expected Damon to sign with the hated Yanks and are reeling. Just for the desired effect, this is a most excellent signing.
