What to do, what to do? First things first I guess, eliminate the beard and long hair policy, it drives away potential free agents. Is Bryce Harper going to want to shave his giant beard, probably not. And Clint Frazier looked fantastic with his luscious locks of red flowing hair. Now that that is out of the way, onto more important and less silly and frivolous manners.

Yankee Stadium Policy Changes

1. I know for a fact that I am not the only one that has said or is going to say this, but to allow fans to move to lower seat locations at some point in the middle of the game. In my personal experience at other stadiums such as the Dean Dome in Chapel Hill, fans are permitted to move down to lower seat locations unless they are claimed by a ticket holding attendee. This leads to a fuller looking stadium and a louder environment.

2. Lower parking costs, like WAYYYYY lower parking costs. Thirty-Five DOLLARS, flat out ridiculous, just ridiculous.

Staff/Roster Changes

1. No more Steinbrenners in a mananging position. Period. George was an excellent owner, he built an empire, who can complain about that. He may have ruled with an iron fist, but he brought much success in doing so, but the era of the Steinbrenner family should be over. Hal and Hank are completely inept at their positions and make some of the most insane roster moves. (Ex. Chapman's yuuuuge contract, A-Rod's bigly large contract) They are such burdens and it proved to be a big issue with A-Rod financially and with Chapman's history, it could get a little testy there too.

2. Extend the contract of Joe Girardi. The man has kept us a contender with old lineups, injured lineups, at the end of last year with a young lineup, and so far this year with a young lineup. Joe has kept us a contender with all sorts of rosters, not many other managers in Major League Baseball can do that. Consistent success leads to an eventual breakthrough, and Joe already has the one World Series Ring, let's extend him and see another.

Final Thoughts

I feel like these changes would lead to a better environment for fans and players alike, as well as planting even more seeds for a successful future. But who knows, anything could happen, it's just a matter of what I think, tell me what you think down in the comments and in the poll.
