Pitching Coach of the Year

I think MLB needs to create a Pitching Coach of the Year award and the first recipient, unanimously, should Larry Rothschild. When you consider that 80% of the starting rotation is gone and that we are still in almost every game, that's amazing. ESPN broadcasters commented the other night about the number of 1- and 2- run games the Yankees have been in, Who would have thought that possible with the current staff? Rothschild has obviously done something with Whitley, Greene, Capuano, McCarthy, et al, to keep us in the hunt for the postseason. Well done, Mr Rothschild!
