It seems fitting that Mr. Adams will debut against the team he was nearly traded to in July 2010. His ankle injury prevented the trade for Cliff Lee, and now that he is finally fully healed from it, he is a Yankee. He's at a different position, ready to help give the Yankees a boost at third base. I know Chris Nelson wasn't terrible after his slow start, but the kids are almost always more exciting than random players from other organizations.
Do not underestimate Mr. Iwakuma though... his statistics aren't far off from King Felix himself and he has the lowest WHIP in the league.
