The RailRiders got on the board early with three runs in the first inning, but the Braves put up a five spot in the second inning and never trailed again, winning for the first time in 15 games. A bases loaded walk with two outs helped get SWB a run closer to tying the game, but Neal struck out swinging to end the game. Graham Stoneburner starts for the RailRiders today at 6:35 pm.

The RiverDogs were propelled by a seven-run third inning, but the Crawdads made it a nail-biter in the end by scoring three runs in the ninth inning. Culver and Bichette, which I have decided to call the hitless twins, are still bad. Daniel Camarena starts for Charleston today at 7:05 pm.
