Jose Pirela vs. Corban Joseph

I'm not much for advanced statistics, so maybe some of the PSA writers could help me out there, but I want to take a look at two prospects who fill a similar role within the organization: 2B Jose Pirela (24;AA) and 2B Corban Joseph (25;AAA). Pirela just finished his third season at AA, while Joseph got his first taste of the big leagues in early May. Lets take a look at Pirela's 2013 season at AA and compare that to Joseph's last full season at AA. Pirela compiled 459 AB while putting up a .272/.359/.418 slash line with a 61/56 K/BB ratio, 10 HR and 18 SB. Joseph's last full AA season was back in 2011, but he put up a .277/.353/.415 slash line with a 104/59 K/BB ratio, 5 HR and 4 SB. The batting lines look similar, so I wonder if the defensive capabilities of Pirela would be enough to land him Joseph's spot on the 40 man roster.
