Bill Hall, who has played every position in the big leagues outside of catcher, has a Spring Training invite and minor league deal with the Yankees. If he makes the ML team, he'll get $600K with incentives to follow based on PA.

The Orioles traded RHP Jeremy Guthrie to the Rockies for RHPs Jason Hammel and Matt Lindstrom. Guthrie was once a highly-touted prospect, having been selected 22nd overall by the Indians in 2002.

Not really

He’s first-time arbitration eligible. The Dodgers submitted $6.5M and Kershaw wants $10M.
If you include the $500K signing bonus to his 2012 $7.5M salary, it’s $250K short of the halfway point of those two figures exchanged.

But I feel compelled to say that Madonna’s Superbowl performance was the longest 12 minutes of my life. I couldn’t survive two hours of it, even in Yankee Stadium.
