Yankee nation a few trade thoughts.
1. Giancarlo Stanton for:
Curtis Granderson (and cash) or Brett Gardner
Mason Williams or Slade Heathcott
Would be quite a haul for Miami Marlins. Who better than baseball representative, Curtis Granderson, to improve baseball moral in south Florida. Not to mention two major league starters, future closer and outfield help. All but Granderson under team control for five or more years.
2. Josh Willingham for:
Mason Williams
Minnesota Twins replace their traded center fielders, get a potential shortstop or second basemen (who can hit) and a starting pitcher. All controllable for a few years. All for about one half of Josh Willingham's 7 million per year salary.
3. Carlos Santana for:
David Phelps
Mark Montgomery or Dellin Betances
Francisco Cervelli or Austin Romine
OR
Ivan Nova
Francisco Cervelli or Austine Romine
Cleveland Indians would get a future closer or starting pitcher, back-up catcher, left handed reliever and starting pitcher. OR A controllable starter and back-up catcher.
Truth is if worked out properly Yankees could easily end up with at least two of these trade possibilities. Guess final say so is in hands of Brian Cashman.
WOULD YOU MAKE ANY OF THESE TRADES???????????
