I personally find this hilarious. I mean, wow. Do they really think he'd make that great a difference to our rotation & outfield now...or ever?

New York Rangers- It's just pain.
I really don’t see how the Red Sox could even enforce this. The team they trade him to could easily wave that clause if Crawford agrees, and there is nothing the Red Sox could do because they don’t own the contract anymore.
