Five Players with Line Drive Rates Lower Than Jeter's (NL Players Added)

AL only, via Baseball-Reference:

Carlos Santana: 11%
Alex Rodriguez: 10%
J.D. Drew: 9%
Dustin Pedroia: 9%
Vernon Wells: 7%

That anyone has a lower LD rate than Jeter shocks me, but that A-Rod is in that group really shocks me.

UPDATE:
Here are the NL numbers, also from Baseball-Reference. Some good hitters in here:

Pedro Alvarez: 11%
Jonny Gomes, 11%
Jose Tabata, 11%
Miguel Tejada, 11%
Ronny Cedeno, 10%
Hanley Ramirez, 10%
Danny Espinosa, 9%
Jay Bruce, 8%

I should also mention that tomorrow, Thursday, I'll be doing a live chat over at Baseball Prospectus at 1 PM EST. If you can't make it, you can leave questions for me here. However, the nice thing about this chat is that it's scheduled to run concurrently with tomorrow's Yankees game, so if you're going to follow the game, I'll be following along with you and first-guessing Joe Girardi in real time. Hey--it's what I'm paid to do.
