At-Bat Walk Up & Bullpen Walk Out Music
When PSA's own TheMelkman sent out a tweet last night asking what your at-bat walk out and/or bullpen walk out music would be, it got me thinking: what would mine be?
I think everyone can agree "Enter Sandman" for Mo is the perfect mix of everything that makes it a perfect song for him. "Empire State of Mind" has also come out at the right time, and has been a perfect mix for Jeter.
There are several different direction you could go with this. One is using a song that the fans could get pumped up to. Such as:
or this
You could go down silly street
You could show off some alterior motives
Maybe shove it to the haters?
However, then I remember there's only 1 right answer.
I've killed that joke, right?
But what would yours be?

Good choice there.
"Shaw, Williams, prepared to venture down the left. There's a good ball in for Tony Morley. Oh, it must be and it is! It's Peter Withe"

There’s things that you DFA
And things that you won’t
There’s Mo’s that you can trust

I hate all Boston sports teams
well the beat is really all you hear
once you’re ready to hit, the song stops, so it doesn’t get passed the first 3 lines of the song at most.
I hate all Boston sports teams
i'd walk up to the plate to this

Great intro, and the opening line “I was trying to find my way home…”
"Have faith in the Yankees, my son. Think of the great DiMaggio."
I want it played on the jumbotron, while I jog out from the pen

The Song Remains The Same
or maybe “Fell In Love With A Girl” by The White Stripes. You could play the whole song in the time it takes a new pitcher to throw a few warm ups.
The important part is for the song to fire up both the batter and the crowd, and both of those songs are electric.
