I'm not sure if this question as been asked yet... but here goes nothing.
So we all know what happened last week when Armando Galarraga's perfect game was foiled by a poor umpiring call. This debacle was centered around 1st base and has unleashed a flurry of debates over whether or not instant replay should be instituted in the great game of baseball. What I'm about to ask is completely up for debate and I think it would be a rather good one.
What if in the ninth inning with 2 outs in a perfect game... the batter works a 3-2 count and there was questionable pitch that should have been a strike but was called ball four. Would we be screaming for instant replay for balls and strikes?
