All-Star Game DH
Since we can all agree that Nick Johnson is not deserving of a trip to Anaheim this summer, and nobody on this site would ever vote for that hgh-using has-been in boston, we all need a DH to give support to this year. Why not Griffey Jr.? It would have to be the first time a retire player was ever voted in (or probably even on the ballet). I think this would be a really great way to honor an incredible career that really could have been one of the all-time greats if it hadn't been for some unfortunate injuries.
If this doesn't work, maybe we can get him into the HR derby? Let me know what you all think.

I want a resurgent Vladdy to be my DH

I want WS homefield advantage so no
In my eyes and many others, Griffey Jr. IS an all-time great.
MLB will probably find a way to honor his career during the pre-ASG festivities.
