Joba the Putz

On Sunday, June 27th, Joba Chamberlain was asked to hold the Dodgers to five runs in the bottom of the eighth inning of a 5-2 game in LA.  How did he do?  He allowed one run. What happened next?  The Yankees scored four runs in the top of the ninth to tie the game, not win it.  Mo came in and pitched a scoreless ninth, which should have clinched a Yankees win.  A professional does the job he is asked to do.  Too often, Joba fails to do that job.  Joba is not a professional calibre athlete.  He should not be in pinstripes, playing amongst professional ballplayers.

But I think

Duggan knows how to spell CALIBER, this guy turned the word into French,
 I guess?

His mother has a tattoo that reads, "Son".
He is the life of the party, even when he doesn't attend.

Funny, no mention of Posada's bad throw during the pitch out

The run doesn’t score if Posada can throw out the runner at second. I love Jorge and all that he has done for the Yankees but he is not good at throwing at runners anymore.

Journeyman doesn’t refer to how many teams you’ve played on. It more refers to the level you play at. Granderson has reached the peak of his talent. AJax is on the way up. You see what you’ve got in CF and at the plate with Granderson and it’s not that great. - SparkySaves

His defense all around is a weak link. Ever since he came off the DL and catches seems like guys are running on us more and are successful. Throw in his receiving and throwing and his “D” becomes an even more obvious weak spot.

It's the Curse of the Midges!

The Cleveland Midges ruined his career! He need a voodoo remedy or ancient American Indian elixir and prayer ritual to remove the curse!!!
