New York Yankee notes: Some questions still unanswered
I would break down the various questions facing our New York Yankees with three weeks to go before the regular season. Chad Jennings at LoHud, however, has already done a spectacular job of summarizing them.
Go read Chad's work, then come on back and discuss his observations.
- Mark Feinsand of the Daily News has a roster prediction. It's bad news for Boone Logan and Jamie Hoffman.
- Speaking of Logan, both he and Royce Ring have been pitching well in an effort to land a spot as the second left-hander out of the bullpen. My take: I don't trust either one, and I never want to see them in a key regular-season spot.

This struck me as funny...
From the Feinsand article:
“I was of the firm belief that the fifth starter’s job was Chamberlain’s to lose, and after watching him pitch TWICE, I believe he’s done that.”
Really? Do these guys even read what they write before they publish it? I just hope that those in the position to actually make decisions don’t believe in making decisions based the first 2 starts of the spring.
