Pete Rose on Joe DiMaggio's Business
A nice fun break from the stress of Lee-watch:
Looks like Joltin' Joe had quite a fan in ol' Charlie Hustle.
Rose reminisces about when he and Joe (and presumably some other ballplayers) toured Vietnam in 1967, and Joe took a primitive shower in the jungle. Rose got a good look. Some things are better left in the showers, or the jungle as in this case.
