A chat with Bernie Williams
I was invited to to a blogger roundtable with former Yankee star Bernie Williams recently. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend. I sent the event organizers some questions, though, and they very graciously put together a little video for me.
I hope you enjoy it, and I know there's a marketing pitch at the end. Listen to that part or don't. Up to you.

If somebody is doing that
just flag it and let one the writers know. That has not been brought to my attention.
I don't think anyone's particularly bother by him

I’ve seen him a few times. It’s nothing inapproriate and it’s just a picture- I checked it for spam links and it was clean.

I actually met Bernie once in my home town
I saw him in concert and happened to be walking by when he was leaving to get to his car. I shook his hand and had him sign my ticket for me… I felt like a 10 year old again haha

Seems like a great guy
Since I wasn’t there he had to go out of his way to do this, and the fact that he did shows how nice of a guy he is.
Exactly
That’s really special of him to do. It was only 4 minutes of interview but it means the world to everyone here.

Always loved Bernie
I was at a dinner in Chicago which he attended and he signed and personalized a baseball for me. One of the better guys to ever don the Pinstripes.
BERN BABY BERN!!!
I loved this guy. One of the most heartbreaking times for me as a Yankees fan was Brian Cashman’s decision not to bring him back and instead go with Doug M. and Josh Phelps (great choice Cash, great choice).
It sucks that you were unable to attend, Ed. You could have met Bernie Williams! I’ve met a few big Yankees in my life. I got to meet Don Mattingly and Derek Jeter and even have a bit of an extended conversation (if you call 6 min. and 42 seconds extended, yes I timed it) with Alex Rodriguez. I never got a chance to meet Bernie though or get his autograph or anything. I love Bernie (though not to the extent of the Bernie Troll).
I hate all Boston sports teams
When I get offers like this
is the only time I wish I lived in the city. I get them every so often, and I just can’t do it because of the travel.
wow
if the Bern Baby Bern troll misses out on this opportunity, he/she should never show his/her face again on PSA.

you should have asked
what his real reaction was to the minor league deal Cash offered him before he bounced.
