Andy Pettitte had a very good year. Injuries caught up with him toward the end of the season though. If he wants to lace them up for one more go-round, Why not do what The Yanks did with Roger Clemens and sign him in May or June for half a year? It would give him more home time to be with his family, save on the wear and tear on his body, Give the team a chance to look at a couple of guys that are in the system. and give the Yanks a proven starter mid season. If he and the Yankees would be wiling to do that, I think it would be a win win situation for everybody. Do you think the Yankees or Andy would be game for something like that? Thoughts?
