Congrats to Jeter, Tex, and Mo

for making the All Star Team, maybe we can get another guy in with the last spot voted in by the fans(Damon, Coke, Burnett?) but to tell you the truth some players that got snubbed big time that deserve the spot are players such as Dye, Pena, Inge, Markakis, Byrd, (Juan)Rivera, Lester(well maybe not, the Sux already have SIX players :/), and Porcello

speaking of the AL All-Star selections all were pretty good except for a few such as the 4.30 ERA Wakefield and the hurt all effing year Hamilton but hey i think the AL has a pretty decent squad

oh and for the NL try to vote in Pablo Sandoval on the San Francisco Giants, that kid is unbelievable, second in the NL in BA yet they did not take him...make it so guys!

and PEDROIA TOO!

Fans failed on that.

Brian Roberts, Marco Scutero, yea Cano too deserved to be ahead of him.

Oh, and Ian Kinsler should be the starter.

Maybe the LIP is right, Dustin Pedophile and Wakerfield do NOT deserve to be AS.

Jason Bartlett: 367BA, 567 Slugging, 969 OPS, +4.5 UZR/150
Derek Jeter 308 BA, 445 Slugging, 829 OPS (789 road OPS) +1.2 UZR/150.

Of course Wakefield does not deserve to be an AS, which has always been a popularity/sentimentality contest. But be a bit objective-do Tex and Jeter really deserve to start?

Well

that’s fan voting.

No they don’t, but they both deserve to be on. Jeter is the 2nd best SS in the AL, so he deserves to make it. He’s more popular than Bartlett, but at least he got on. Same thing for Tex, he gets on anyway, but he won the vote.

But yea, Bartlett deserves to start, but as for Tex or Youkilis or Morneau for that matter you can pick an argument for either and not be wrong/right (Id actually start Morneau).

Josh Hamilton obviously has no buisness on there either as a reserve or starter. He’s taking the spot of Jermaine Dye and a few thousand fans need to be beat for that.
The biggest snub-er is Pedroia. He has no business on either as a starter or reserve. Kinsler, Hill, and
Zobrist all deserve it over Pedroia. Actually Cano deserves it over Pedrioa too, and any Yankee fan will tell you Cano is NOT a frickin all-star.

And a few thousand fans need to be given wet willies for that too.

And as for Wakefield, I even heard that Joe Maddon has this sentimental choice there too, cuz he’s 42 and all. That’s still a load of crap to me.

I know for some reason the #of wins you have usually gets you on, regardless of the other stuff you’ve done

Kevin Millwood deserves to be there over him, and I think you know that. He’s been around too so what the hell did he do wrong?

I mean the game should not revolve around teh Red Sox and Yankees, so why does Wakefield deserve it over Millwood, who has actually pitched as good as anyone in the league.

I agree

that Wakefield should not be an all star.

Dear Yankees Fans

Please help us Giants fans vote in Sandoval. This kid is amazing, the best hitter the Giants have produced in a while.

Out of the last 5 on the ballot, Pablo is 1st in Avg. 2nd in Hrs, 1st in OBP and 1st in OPS

I see Brian suggested him. Brian is a smart man. Obey Brian.

Thanks, Giants fan
