Just some observations before the trade deadline
I think getting Jarrod Washburn would be a good move given Wang's injury however I would also try to find another set up man just in case Acevis or Hughs falters or breaks down. I also would bring up Austin Jackson to get some playing time in the bigs and some swings before October rolls around. You never know how long it may take for Gardner to heal and get the stroke back. If one more outfielder goes down, you may not have a choice. I would rather get the young guy acclimated to some big league pitching while there is a few months left. What is the use of having a big prospect if you never bust him out. Lets grow a pair. Lastly, Bruney is looking Bad.. I mean really bad. I could see coach G squeezing his cheeks in the 8th inning of that Tampa game. Mo is awesome, but you only can go to the well so much before we invite disaster i.e Bruney in the 9th.... EEEEEEEGaaaaaaad!

I'm thinking....
Brain Bannister from the Royals might be a better, cheaper option plus they wouldnt have to give up as much.
Id go with Bannister
Tho kinda like Washburn, Id be concerned about how his game translates to the Jet Stream. \
He’d be cheaper and he did go to the Cesspool that is Fenway and shut the Pissants down.
Marte and Nady for McCutchen and Olendorf
Remember the 2008 trade? Of course you don’t. Better to stay pat based on based results.
What are you talking about?
Have you seen Mitre pitch today? Nady is history, it happens. Staying pat with no clear fifth starter and an iffy bullpen makes no sense. Mooncake? Says a lot man….
