Hughes and Wang
I approve of the Yanks decision to give Wang a start and keep Hughes on the team.
Wang has been a front of the rotation guy. He's done good work. He's earned his place if he's healthy.
Phil Hughes has a geat future and he is ML ready. I do not think there is a starters role for him this year unless one of the front five gets hurt. He does seem ready to push Andy into retirement. The old saying is you can never have too much pitching. The Yanks do not look like a great system to be a starting pitching prospect.
It seems inevitable they will have to let some more starting talent go. I hope we can get some value for them and they do not haunt us in the future. I still regret letting Ohlendorf go. If I could give Nady back for O I'd do it. I'd probably eat some salary in the deal.

it was just a matter of time
its not like CM Wang is some average pitcher trying to come back. The guy is one of the elite pitchers in all of MLB.
He deserves as many shots as possible to show that he’s back to normal. If this guy’s healthy the Yankees rotation is as sick as it gets.
I mean its one thing to have “6” starters. Its another thing to have 6 starters who at worst could be #3 starters for just about any team in the league.
