As a Mets fan, I've always secretly wished that I had grown up a Yankees fan. I'd never admit it, and as much as IT WILL MAKE IT SO MUCH SWEETER WHEN WE WIN, I'd rather have actually had something to celebrate. And to make matters worse, I picked wrong in hockey and football too. You can guess what that means.
All I can say is congratulations. This game tonight has actually convinced me that it's not worth it. I'm burning every Mets related item I own. I don't care about baseball anymore.
Congratulations, Yankee fans. You killed my dream.

Don’t you go to your AAA Mets fan blog and lament with the rest of the losers instead of trolling here? Take last nights loss, absorb it, ponder it, let it rattle around in your brain. Because it is an omen for your teams season.

He wasn’t inciting anything, criticizing Yankees, or making fun of you guys. All he said is that it was a little out of line. And it was.

Somehow, a chain of events unfolded that put Steve Phillips in a professional broadcast booth Sunday night so he could rip Carlos Beltran. Try to explain that in any other terms.

Take it from me dude it can get alot worse.AAA in Buffalo has the worst record in ALL of Pro baseball
I didn't realize the Bills were struggling so bad in AAA,
but that’s probably because I realize that they’re an NFL franchise…not a AAA baseball team. The AAA team in Buffalo is the Bisons.

it’s a game why are you bearing the burden of Omar Minaya’s shoulders? You’re a fan and a regular person stop freaking out every time Los Mets blow a game. Lord knows they do that a lot.
