Submit your questions
We've lined up a Q & A session with MLB's President and COO, Bob DuPuy.
If you have any questions you'd like us to pass along, post them in the comments below.
The questions have to be respectful (he's doing us a favor, after all), but other than that, fire away. PEDs, revenue sharing, free agency/CBA, blackout rules, etc. are all fair game.
We'll choose the best 10-15 questions and forward them along.
Please submit your questions by Wednesday evening.

Ok here's one
Is there anything on the horizon for MLB to make a change in DH rules? Maybe making both leagues have to utilize the DH, or not at all? I’d go with either option, but this would settle that debate once and for all.

Here's mine
While the current CBA isn’t up until 2011, there has been a lot of talk of reopening certain portions.
Would you support a program requiring teams who receive revenue sharing to account for how they spend the money?
What changes would you support to the free agent ranking and draft compensation program?

Alright then
Are there any ideas about creating a salary cap after seeing the massive amounts of spending done by the New York Yankees this past offseason? Also, what about the creation of a salary cap floor, to prevent owners from pocketing money given to them via the luxury tax?
Revenue Sharing
I’m all about successful, big-market teams helping the little guy—provided the little guy actually uses the money to benefit the club. Can we possibly bring some accountability to this process—perhaps make these guys open their books to see how much of the revenue monies are being spent on the club?
As a follow up, can those clubs that are benefiting from the revenue sharing plan, but aren’t putting it to use be penalized by forfeiting a draft pick?

I'd like to know
what, if any, plans MLB has for the further implementation of instant replay.

This is it? 6 Questions?
I’ll add one in.
Is there anyway that the MLB will place more emphasis on the draft? Compared to other sports, it’s not really that big of a deal. It’d be interesting to see a more exciting draft day.
