Tickets for Opening Day
OK, OK I know I'm getting waaaayyyyyyy ahead of myself here, but when the time comes what is the best way to get tickets for the Yanks Opening Day game. Would love to surprise my husband with tickets for his birthday (Dec.). When do Opening Day tickets go on sale and where is the best place to purchase them? Thought it would be great for him to see them receive their rings.
I'm glad for 96 days to catch up on sleep but I miss baseball!!! So, I'm thinking ahead to Opening Day, LOL!
Thanks, guys!

I don't know when they go on sale by
I have season tickets so I’ve never had to really worry about it. You could buy season tickets when they do go on sale if you want. I don’t know when they go on sale exactly, but if you check yankees.com every day then there’s going to be some sort of notice when they do. If you want to buy a ticket just for that one game, then I still think yankees.com is the place to go. But make sure you buy them quickly, because they run out fast, and since the Yankees are defending champs they will probably run out sooner. If they DO run out and you don’t have them? Well then, stubhub always has tickets, but they are really expensive. Still, opening day will probably be worth it.
If you really want tickets, then it won’t be a problem to get them. I’m not sure you’ll be able to get them by December, but you’ll have no problem getting you and your husband tickets as long as you have the money and you really want to go.

hmmm
I’d like to know the same thing…Do you know if they’ll get awarded their rings on opening day? I’m sure it’ll be their first home game right?
