Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

Letterman

Did anyone else watch the boys on David Letterman tonight? I DVR'd it but I caught a small snippet of it because I was flipping back and forth and lo and behold, I flip the channel back to Letterman and Letterman whips out the shot of A-Rod having himself a handful of Jeter's ass.

In case you've forgotten. Or just need a good chuckle:

Classic. I can't stop laughing and my sides are hurting.

The reactions by Andy, Jorge, and Derek was hilarious and it was too bad they cut to commercial immediately after that.

On another note, the boys sure looked spiffy tonight.

Indeed --

Jeet had more jokes than ol’ Dave. Then, for some reason, they decide to follow the champs with Bill Maher. Lame.

Couldn’t they stay another ten minutes and not have that back-up guest?

I like Maher --

I just find it lame to see him follow up the Champs. They should have stayed for those last ten minutes.

Not sure where that string went.

I think Free was drinking beer watching the parade. Sorry Brian, can’t stand Maher. I don’t think he tells it like it is. He talks to hear the sound of his own voice.

lol...

just a word from the peanut gallery..

I don’t mind Maher, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to watch the show.

I like Maher...

…except when he says any stupidity to try and look wise, like “swine flu it’s regular flu”, but well… he is not a doctor, i don’t know how anyone could take that guy’s word as a de-facto truth.

Haha

It was hilarious. I wish they were the guests for the whole show. :P

The Biff Henderson at the World Series was hilarious. Buck and McCarver attempting to show that they have a sense of humor and Biff trying to get into a bunch of newscaster shots and Joe Girardi and Biff watching Titanic in 1997. Hilarious

Play today, win today, ‘das it.
