I looked back at some of the comments and you guys are really upset about the K zone. Is it really that bad?

You can’t see shit from up here so I won’t know.

its not the K-Zone...

its the A-Rod strikeout and not giving Andy the same call.

oh ok

as long as it doesn’t cost Andy too much and they win, I don’t care.

it's tough to say Mattingly is bad luck

congrats NYY on ws champs 2009

I guess this congratulation post is probably going to seem like trolling but I really don’t mean in that sense. The Phillies looked dead tonight and aren’t doing anything offensively.

I said back in game four that the series was over and it is pretty obvious to me that it was after Hamels total collapse… THE total mismanagement of the bullpen by Charlie Manuel with Lidge and the Total utter failure by Ryan Howard to do anything other than strikeout or pop up since game one.

I think the Phillies will be return to the World Series next year because the Phillies have the money to get themselves a good closer another Lee type of Pitcher and hopefully Ryan Howard won’t totally collapse next time.

Again congratulations on a World Series and for my vote the MVP should be Matsui.

Parenthetically— did any of you guys really think that Ryan Howard will play this badly for six games?

REALLY?

Sorry

I’ve just lived through the single worst collapse in sports history… I’m very very superstitious and a little drunk.

That was a very well put together post, thank you. Inside my heart of hearts I want to agree with you, but im still going to sit here, eating away at my finger nails until the final out is recorded….

Blind devotion.

No, I thought Howard would own us

But then, I didn’t think Utley would, so maybe that’s a wash

are like a drunk college hook-up while Posada at-bats are like the next morning when you wake up, look at the chick, and realize how drunk you were.

C’mon Cano … Matsui at 2nd isn’t really in scoring position, so you can go ahead and hit

Yes, bring Matsui back.

His presence on the Yanks probably brings twice his salary from Japanese fans to the Yankees.
