Poor Pavano
I'm surprised no one has posted his comments to MLB.com's Indians reporter Anthony Castrovince yet.
"When you're down, you expect your organization to pick you up, not kick you when you're down," Pavano said. "I've had to pick myself up quite a few times the last four years."
We treated him so terribly. Every time he got ready to pitch for us, we injured him with our words and expectations. We're sorry. We shouldn't have expected you to actually perform and earn your millions. Maybe if we had fellated him more in public, he would have become a Yankee star.
What a douche.

So he’s apparently willing to bash the Yankees to anyone who will listen. Seems unprompted.
How can you complain about an organization that paid you $40 million to enjoy yourself on the couch and then called you up to the majors so you could showcase yourself right before free agency? Takes a whole new class of guy to reach Pavano’s perspective.

wow
did you read the comments some of the Indians’ fans wrote? Calling us spoiled and who knows what? They think they’ve signed the next Cy Young, but if I were them, I’d be nervously waiting when Pavano chips his pinky nail and goes on the DL for the rest of the season.

Yeah, those fans are idiots
I bet they’re still bitter about losing Sabathia.

Kiss of Death
This guy is the kiss of Death he tied up so much money and just sat on the DL because he broke his ass! I wish they would have supported me didn’t that big fat pay check support him. I wish he would have won more games and got us a championship but he didn’t. He could have offered to give up some of that money he was making since he wasn’t winning anything.

You know it was only $40 for 4 years.
That walking around money for Tex CC AJ Arod Jeter and Yankees.
Injuries are part of the game. My only gripe with the guy was not coming clean on the rib injury.
And I have sympathy for the Cleveland fans. With there small market they seen a lot of talent walk away and had no way to syop it from happening. They’re good fans with a nice park and are well behaved and well spoke.
Spring is a hopeful time, whether it is reasonable hope or not. Everyone is undefeated the morning of opening day.
If I's known I was going to live so long, I'd have taken better care of myself. Casey
