New Blog: Five For Howling - for Coyotes fans Bar-right-arrows

The Opera ain't over....

I guess this is what it means to be a fan.  The Yanks were so bad in the first two Red Sox games that they were painful to watch.  I guess we have no reason to complain, this struggle has been a constant theme this year.

But just let Big G drive in 3 and pull out a game we seemed to be letting away and my heart soars. Walk off wins are sure fun.

I know that for all intents and purposes they are done for the year, but after one win I'm searching through the schedule looking for a way to make it work.  Truth is I can see away through to second in the East. It's not impossible (unlikely but not impossible).  But I cannot see catching the Central loser.  CWS and Twins look good to me.

It really doesn't matter.  I have two more trips to the stadium on tap this year, the first on Sunday.  I'm going to enjoy the game and root for the team.  It really doesn't matter whether they're in first or third (or fifth) I enjoy rooting for my team.

It burns me up that the fans are booing Arod again.  He's a great player and trying too hard.  Booing isn't going to help and it could hurt.

Let's go Yankees,

Til the fat lady sings.

Good for you, its nice to see some true baseball fans. This team is trying hard and maybe this year we just dont deserve it, but don’t loose the faith in your team. I’m with you I plan of going to a couple games this year and will and always root for my team no matter where they are in the standings. As a kid growing up they never made the playoffs and I never once booed at any of our players and won’t start now. GO YANKS!

agree with you

This one isn’t over and it definitely doesn’t help booing the best player in the game.
Even Carl Pavano has provided a much needed spark tonight and we need to start winning every close game that we can win

Carl Pavano

Here’s a question for everyone … Carl is 2-0 with a 3.25 era. Do we bring him back?

How

many more starts this year? Let’s not jump!

But if he ends up 6-1 with a 3.80, how much do you bet he can stay healthy next year?

Pavano

He battled last night, and looked tired. But he gave us a chance to win. He’s pitching this last month to open eyes and wallets. Frankly, I’d be surprised if he was healthy in 09. What would suck is if he signs with a team like Texas, KC or Tampa, and goes 20-7. That would hurt.
