Edwar Ramirez returns
According to Ed Price, Edwar Ramirez has been recalled from Scranton before tonight's game against the Orioles at Camden Yards.
No corresponding move has been officially announced yet but the logical choice would be Jonathon Albaladejo after pitching 3 innings last night.

Dump Mussina???
I never thought I’d say this, but after last-night’s performance, I see Igawa as a slight upgrade over the powder-puffs Mussina was soft-tossing.

very slight
and Moose is easier on the eyes.
(perhaps that does not matter to you boys).
I had to work last night and missed the game but my favorite highlight was Farnsworth plunking Manny. Farnsworth uses up all my goodwill and then makes me smile. But I’m still contemplating whether I’m willing to take him back again. It will just lead to heartache.

has there ever been an invention of greater use or dexterity than the George Foreman grill?

You mean to tell me....
discussing big lakes near our hometowns and Denis Leary isn’t sticking to the topic?
I beg to differ.

I was discussing a river and a harbor, for the record
and we were winning during that Denis Leary discussion.
And what else?
Oh yeah, I was into the GF for a long time but recently returned to pan frying burgers and onions. I forgot how good that can be.

I considered the pan
but it’s 70 in Scranton and about 90 in my third floor apartment. Speaking of which, I’m going to go sit outside for a while.

Baltimore was the last team Edwar faced last season. He saw them twice-
0.2IP, 2H, 2BB, 1R, 1K at Baltimore in extras, took the loss
and the next night.
1.0IP, 0H, 0BB, 0R, 1K.
