This is just bizarre. Up until now, Canseco's allegations about his fellow teammates have been spot on, but this one feels so fabricated. Then again, I never thought that one of his pool parties would be of Congressional interest. Go figure.

Hope this story doesn't bother the MVP too much this season.

douchebag, so Canseco can't grab that moniker. Nice, breezy read, but I agree it feels pretty fabricated. I don't have a problem believing that A-Rod explored and maybe even used steroids early on. But I don't buy this story.

ignoring it all together. It's worth remembering that every single journalist with any self-respect (and most publishing houses) passed on this little gem.

This would be seem to be

HUGE news if were true, and to me would have wound in the first book, yeah? The fact that it took this long to come out makes me question it's validity. More than likely the stuff about his wife may be true, which would give Canseco reason to to drag A-Rod's name into all this.
