who wouldve thought that way back in may that blown call would mean so much.

considering that desalvo started that night and gave up like 1 run in 7 innings, i wasnt exactly predicting the mariners to be in the wild card hunt.

99 ALCS

That game was awesome- I was in the roof boxes for game 4, wearing a Yankees shirt and hat and hanging Ks on the balcony for NY (until some drunk guy pulled them down and threw them onto the crowd below.) They had to clear the field after the fans went crazy on a blown call, I hid my shirt and hat in my bag to escape the stadium after the game.
